Expiry tracking for small businesses

Never let a license or permit lapse again.

Lapsebell keeps every license, permit, inspection, certification and certificate of insurance your business depends on in one list, and reminds you by email or text well before anything expires.

How it works

A calm list today, so nothing lapses next quarter.

Lapsebell does one job: know what expires, when, and make sure the right person hears about it in time to renew.

01 · ONE LIST

Everything that expires, for every person and vehicle

Add items one by one or import the spreadsheet you already keep. Group them by who or what they belong to: the business, a job site, an employee, a truck, a subcontractor.

  • Licenses, permits, inspections, certifications, COIs, registrations and contracts
  • License numbers, issuing agency, state and renewal link in one place
  • Attach the PDF or a photo of the certificate on Pro

02 · REMINDERS

Reminders that arrive while there's still time to act

Every item gets a reminder 30 and 7 days before it expires, and an alert the day after if it wasn't renewed. On Pro you pick the schedule per item, from 120 days down to the day itself, for renewals that take weeks.

  • Email on every plan, text messages on Pro and Team if you turn them on
  • A Monday summary of what's due in the next 30 days
  • Several items due the same day arrive as one message, not five

03 · RENEWALS

Renew it, enter the new date, done

When the renewal comes through, choose Mark renewed and type the new expiry date. Reminders reset to the new date automatically and the old date stays in the item's history, so you can show when it was renewed.

  • Renewal history per item, with on-time and late renewals
  • Calendar view and a private calendar feed for Google or Outlook on Pro
  • Export everything to CSV whenever you need it
